The Andhra Pradesh circle generated the maximum revenue for Telecom Operators, for the three months ended June 20th 2010. Note that a few quarters ago, Reliance Communications had clarified to investors on its earnings conference call that the difference between their reported revenues and the amount reported to the TRAI, is on account of handset revenues not being included in its gross revenue reporting to TRAI. Reliance Communications also retails handsets to its CDMA customers.
