MTS Deploys Elitecore's EliteAAA

Elitecore Technologies, a provider of Telecom Software, said that the company has rolled out MTS Wireless broadband service over CDMA Network on its Platform.
As per the terms of this agreement with Elitecore, MTS (News - Alert) has been supplied with EliteAAA to support 12 million subscribers in a Centralized SPR for prepaid/postpaid with geo-redundant deployment architecture. The deployment is said to have helped MTS greatly reduce Capex and Opex for MTS.
MTS is well recognized in India and worldwide for its innovative telecom solutions. The Company has been serving around 6 million subscribers in the telecom circles of Kolkata, West Bengal and Sikkim, Rajasthan, Chennai and Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bihar and Jharkhand, Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa, Delhi and NCR, Haryana, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. MBlaze is the data service of MTS.

EliteAAA is a AAA supporting voice, video and data services, as well as VAS applications. It is said to be in compliance with 3GPP2 standards. It authenticates subscribers at the packet data level and is integrated with BREW Gateway (News - Alert), WAP Gateway, IN platform and PDSN.
